Tyco Electronics launches new XGA cabling system for 10 GBE

In order to comply with the newest upcoming global cabling standard definitions by ISO/IEC 11801, Tyco Electronics has released the new AMP NETCONNECT XGA cabling system featuring compliant copper components (AMP-TWIST 6AS SL Jack and Cat. 6A patchcords) and improved fiber (OM4 cable), allowing much higher system performance.

Tyco Electronics launches the new AMP-TWIST 6AS RJ45 SL Jack. The AMP-TWIST 6AS SL Jack offers 600 MHz performance and exceeds the new upcoming Category 6A component performance specification of the global cabling standard ISO/IEC 11801 amendment 2.
